Catalonia Names Best Vermouth of the Year!

The world of vermouth has been abuzz with excitement following the announcement of the winners of the Catalonia's Best Vermouth Awards.
The star of the show was undoubtedly "Dos Deus Origins Reserve Red" from Priorat B&D Lab. This exceptional vermouth, aged in sherry and wine barrels, won over the judges with its rich and complex flavor profile.
In the "Best Vermouth for Cocktails" category, the top prize went to "Pessigolla" from the Cooperativa de Gandesa cooperative. Its intense flavor and aroma make it the perfect choice for creating unique cocktails.
And finally, the title of "Best Vermouth Bar in Catalonia 2024" was awarded to "Lo Racó del Vermutenc" in La Ràpita, Tarragona. This establishment has become a true hub for vermouth culture, offering a wide selection of the finest vermouths and a welcoming atmosphere in which to enjoy them.
